Where can I take my watch to get links removed?
There are plenty of stores that will remove watch links. Watch repair stores are your best bet, but most jewelry stores and even key-cutting places will offer the service.
If you want to get watch links removed for free, here are some places that normally don’t charge:

Does Kohls take links out of watches?
Since I bought the watch at Kohl’s, they took the links out for me right there when I tried it on. They have tools to do that. I always have to have links removed. A jeweler can do it, too, but they will usually charge you for it.
How much does it cost to get links removed?
It will generally cost no more than $10 to remove links from a watch, although if you take it to the store you bought it from, they may do it free of charge.
Can you make watches bigger?
Depending on the watch, you may be able to resize it on your own with just a few tools and patience. However, if it’s a more complicated metal watch band or you lack the tools or time, you may be better off taking it to a professional to get it adjusted.
Does Macy’s resize watches for free?
You can take your watch to any jeweler in your area that can remove links from watch to adjust to your wrist size. Even Macy*s will do it for free!
How tight should a watch be?
Your watch strap should be tight enough that it remains in place, with the watch face on top of your wrist, but loose enough that it it is comfortable and doesn’t cut off your circulation or irritate your skin.
Does Fossil adjust watches for free?
Just go into a major department store and tell them you bought it there but need it shortened. They’ll do it for free. I haven’t seen that line of Fossil watches. In general I tend to think Fossil’s are a bit garish, but I really dig the color shifting on that line of faces.
How much does Rolex charge to remove links?
$10 – $12 is common, from what I understand.
How do you adjust the links on a watch?
2. Remove the links.
Place the watch on the table with the push pins facing up.Insert the pin pusher into the hole and push the pin firmly.Once you’ve pushed the pin enough, it will pop out. Use pliers to remove it together with the link.Repeat the steps until you’ve removed the number of desired links.
How do you get a watch off your wrist?
Place your watch into the holder or foam piece so that you can see the top of the pin. Use the pushpin tool and the hammer to gently tap the pin until it emerges from the other side. Use your fingers or a small set of pliers to remove the pin gently.
Which side of watch bracelet should be longer?
Determine the relative lengths of the two sides before adjusting the length of the bracelet. To ensure maximum comfort, both sides of the bracelet should contain the same number of links. If this is not possible, the top bracelet strap (above the 12 on the clock) should be longer.
