How do you use Dexpan?
Mix one bag of Dexpan at a time Add water first, then Dexpan Mix well, preferably with an electric hand drill with a mixing paddle to achieve a lump free slurry. Use only open pails or containers for mixing Rinse the bucket between batches. Clear any water and excessive dust from holes.
How do I use Ecobust?
Pour 1.5 liters of common cold water in a bucket and gradually add one bag (5Kg) of product. Do not mix more than 2 bags (10Kg) at a time. Mix well, using a mixing paddle, until the powder is completely dissolved in water into a slurry.

Poured into the same holes where explosives are traditionally placed in, Dexpan® breaks, cracks and splits reinforced concrete and rocks safely, by providing silent cracking.

To use non-explosive demolition agents in demolition or quarrying, holes are drilled in the base rock as they would be for use with conventional explosives. A slurry mixture of the non-explosive demolition agent and water is poured into the drill holes.
Can Dexpan be reused?

How does expanding grout work?
Expanding Grout is a mixture of elements that initiates when water is added to the dry mix. As the grout sets, the material expands, producing 18,000 psi of force on the drill hole it is poured into. The expansive force will cause the rock or concrete to break, in a low controlled demolition.
How long does Dexpan take to work?
Small cracks can begin to appear as early as 12 hours, but waiting for 24, 36 or 48 hours will result in more extensive and wider cracks. Expansion and cracking is slower. Depending upon conditions and factors listed above, it may take 36 hours and up to 4 days for optimal expansion and cracking.
How do you break rocks with Dexpan?

How do you break a thick concrete slab?
