The hottub comes with a hose that you connect to the bottom of the filter which then connects to the hottub and that will inflate it.
How do I drain my softub?
Turn the water off once the hose is completely full and disconnect it from the spigot. Position this end and the remainder of the hose onto an area that slopes downward. Place the end nearest the Softub into the unit and allow the water to drain. Monitor the Softub and hose to ensure the water keeps draining.
Where is the drain valve on a hot tub?

Depending on the amount you use your Lay‑Z‑Spa, in our experience it is better to leave the heater activated all of the time, if used regularly ‑ say 3 or more times per week. We would recommend setting the spa at 25°C to 35°C and then before using increasing the temperature up to 40°C if desired.
