IPERMS is an acronym that stands for Interactive Personnel Electronics Records Management System. Simply put, IPERMS is an online database and/or information system used for storing and managing military personnel records.
How do I find my army Orb?
Go to Army AKO at Select “ORB: Officer Record Brief”/ “ERB: Enlisted Record Brief” link under Army Links column on right side of the screen. Once forwarded to the ORB/ERB page, select the “view/print” button. Save as a PDF to your desktop, where they can be easily retrieved.
How do I find my orders army?
Once you log in to AKO, you will see “Army Links” on the right side of the page. Click on “Assignment Satisfaction Key”, then “On Orders”. Your assignment location can be seen there. You must remember though that nothing is official until your orders are published.
How do you do PRR?
PRRs are easily applied by your dentist and the process takes only a couple of minutes per tooth. The teeth to be sealed are thoroughly cleaned and then surrounded with cotton to keep the area dry. A special solution is applied to the enamel surface to help the sealant bond to the teeth.
Is iPERMS going away?

The Military Technical Solutions (MilTech) team within Enterprise Services’ Enterprise Computing product office is touting its milSuite application — a CAC-enabled platform hosted on milCloud and available to all DOD organizations — as an alternative to AKO for professional networking, e-learning and knowledge sharing
What is the new Army AKO?
The new AKO, called AKO 2.0, offers a more mobile-friendly and contemporary look and feel, modern navigation, the first-ever Army Directory linking users to Army organizations and a home page that presents information specific to military personnel, DOD civilians and contractors.
Can I access AKO without CAC?
Click the “I Accept” button on the warning box. Select “Register without a CAC”. Type your social security number in the box and click next.
What is dwell time army?
In the military, dwell time is the amount of time that service members spend in their home station between deployments to war zones. It is used to calculate the deploy-to-dwell ratio. Dwell time is designed to allow service members a mental and physical break from combat and to give them time with their families.
Is Erb and SRB the same?
The Soldier Record Brief (SRB) is a new multi‐Component report that provides a snapshot of a Soldier’s military career information. This brief will standardize and eventually replace the Enlisted and Officer Record Brief (ORB and ERB) and the RCMS Automated Record Brief for all Components.
How do I access my army ERB?
Soldiers can view their Army Military Human Resource Record (AHMRR) through iPERMS. Soldiers do not need to complete a DD Form 2875 to request access. Soldiers can proceed directly to the iPERMS website.
How do I check my military orders online?
You can also check the status of your military records request by signing in to milConnect and going to the Personnel File tab within the Defense Personnel Records Information (DPRIS) section. This is also where you’ll review and download your files once they’re ready.
Can you look up military records online?
Most military records are on paper or microfilm and you’ll need to request printed copies to be mailed to you. They are not typically available to view online.
Can I view my DD 214 online?
It’s official, DD-214’s are NOW Online. This may be particularly helpful when a veteran needs a copy of his DD-214 for employment purposes. NPRC is working to make it easier for veterans with computers and Internet access to obtain copies of documents from their military files.
