Can I cancel BarkBox after 1 month?
We work hard to make your subscription satisfying; however, you may cancel your ongoing membership through the account page on the Sites or by contacting our Happy team. You must update your account by the first day of the month following the end of your then-current subscription period.

Money wise, BarkBox is a pretty decent good value, as the combined cost of the treats and toys you receive is usually substantially higher than what you pay for your monthly subscription.
Can you add 2 dogs on BarkBox?
While we are not able to do multi-size boxes, we are able to find an option just right for your pack! Many of our multi-dog households receive a BarkBox for each pup! We would recommend multiple subscriptions!

Do you pay for BarkBox all at once?
You will be billed for your first box as soon as you sign up. After that, the billing date will be every 1st, 3rd or 9th of each month, if you are unsure of your billing date, you can review your account page HERE to see the upcoming charges. They are two completely different entities, and BarkBox is not age-specific like PupBox is. Instead, they are themed boxes that are fun and unique in their ways, and they do ask your dog’s birthday, but you won’t get the training or age-specific items for your puppy. They are still puppy-appropriate, though.
Does BarkBox use FedEx?
In order to get your BarkBox in your dog’s paws as quickly and reliably as possible, we use a combination of FedEx and USPS in the US.

Our flagship product, BarkBox, is a monthly delivery of 2 original toys, designed in-house, 2 full bags of all-natural treats, and a chew. Our treats are made in the USA & Canada with domestic and imported ingredients, and our recipes never contain any wheat, soy, or corn.
