How do I update IntelliConnect?
Once you have a good connection, press “Install Update” in your Pentair Link2O™ Technology App to install the Wireless Technology Firmware Update. Once the update begins, a screen will appear that says, “Device Updating!” Do not disconnect power from your IntelliConnect during this installation process.
What does the Pentair app do?

Why is my Pentair offline?
If your system shows “Offline”, it means that your system has been disconnected from WiFi for over 60 minutes. Offline status may interrupt notifications and data exchange between the sensor and the app. Once WiFi connection has been restored, your Pentair Home app will automatically reconnect the sensor.
How do I change the WiFi on my Pentair app?
From the Home screen, tap Settings > Advanced System Configuration > Network and WiFi Setup. 2. Tap Connect to a Wireless Network and wait for your home network to be displayed. This can take up to a minute or more to complete.
How do I reset my Pentair IntelliConnect?
Power down the IntelliConnect for ten (10) seconds to reset access point mode and proceed to Step 14 for recommendations on improving the signal/connection strength.
