You can drop-off your Spectrum equipment at any Spectrum store. Spectrum has 687 store locations across the U.S., and you can visit the one nearest to you in order to return the equipment.
How long do you have to return equipment to Spectrum?
You can return or exchange your Spectrum Mobile device and/or unopened accessories within 14 days from when your items shipped or were purchased from a Spectrum Mobile store.
How do I cancel my Spectrum plan?
If you need to cancel any of your Spectrum services, please contact us at (833) 224-6603. Mobile customers who disconnect all of their other Spectrum services will no longer receive the $20 per-line bundle discount on their Spectrum Mobile Service.
